You can tell it's summer with some outstanding pics popping up on the OM gallery over the past couple of weeks. If you haven't dropped by for a while, it's well worth a browse for entertainment and inspiration. Just to whet your appetite, here are a few of our recent favourites...

Guess who's been to Skye then? Step forward Paul Sammonds and his Way Out West album - this, in case you'd not twigged, is the legendary Inaccessible Pinnacle, arguably Scotland's trickiest Munro, accessible only by climbing...

Meanwhile the Windy Brecon Meet generated some rather nice sun-sets from DW along with some green rolling landscape shots.

The Bassnett fella's been at it again with a new and rather lush High Carneddau album. Loads of lovely mountain shots in there including this, the delightfully named Ffynnon Llugwy from Bwlch Eryl Farchog :-) Oh, and there's a picture of Jamie himself in there. One for the members' album surely...

Rainbows! Yes please. This one's by Hamo from his small but perfectly formed Outside Stuff! album. We have no idea where it is, any guesses?

More Scottish mountains from Wanderlust - we're liking the CMD and Ben Nevis album in particular, with teh CMD arete being our favourite walkers' route up the highest mountain in the UK. Oh, and here it is, looking nicely snow dappled. Check out his Ring of Steall album as well.

Somewhere a bit further afield from Abi, who's clearly been off walking the Inca Trail judging from her Peru album. You can't beat this classic view of Machu Picchu, one that every walker should have on their To Do list...

Finally, coming full circle, it's back to Skye with Craig Porter's OM Skye Meet, May 2008 album. Some amazing gabbro scenery to get your teeth into there - this is the view from the top of the Great Stone Chute on the Cuillin ridge, wow :-)

What, you want more Skye? OK, check out Diddy's album from the same meet. Another Skyetastic browsing experience, this time with added sea, and tents, don't forget the tents...

That's it for this week. Don't forget that all OMers have a free 3 MB of space to show off their outdoor images and there are more being added every day. Just check out the Latest Images page to see what's new and enjoy :-)
