I can say that after years of using Tracklogs digital mapping, I went with Quo. I have found the system easy to use although it does have some funny querks, for instance to move the page its a hold of the right mouse key then drag.
However the cost of the mapping is low and you can buy different areas of tiles at once and its all downloaded straight away.
Their customer service is excellent and as stated in this article they listen to the customers. I've made a recent suggestion and they've emailed me to state that it should come out in an update due soon.
