This week it's flying over mountains time including a real stunner...
If it's Friday then that can mean just one thing, well, possibly more than one, but for the purposes of this web site, just the one will do and it is, of course, The Friday Matinee!
This week we thought we'd relive those magical moments as you peer out of the crappy, scratched-up glass of an aeroplane window at those little white peaky things down below, yep, it's flying over mountains week.
First up, here's the Andes viewed through several different windows. Apparently it's the Aconcagua area, so right on the Chile-Argentina border...
That plane was way too big though, what you need is a smaller plane and even bigger mountains, so hey, how about these views from a mountain flight with Buddha Air over the Himalayas?
But hey, why fly over mountains when you can fly through them? This is the Swiss Alps courtesy of the Swiss Air Force, awesome :-) And the mountains are named too.
Last, but not least, if that last one hasn't left you all mountained out, check out this amazing footage of Tibet from the 30,000 feet :-)
