If it's Friday, which it does appear to be, then it must be time for
the Friday Matinee,
our selection of streaming outdoors video.
Short and sweet this week. We recently told you about ex-GB cycling
coach Dave Smith's plan to compete in a 100km ultra-running race
across Mongolia, well, despite saying that
retrospectively it was 'a silly idea', he did it and here's the video,
which we rather like. Not a bad effort for someone who's happiest on
two wheels. Enjoy...
