Up for grabs in this year's Alpkit Christmas competition is this stunning AK MegaSlide 2000 sleigh.
Along with Santa, sprouts and Christmas pudding, Alpkit's annual Christmas competition has become a seasonal staple and this year, the guys have outdone themselves with this ace-looking AK MegaSlide 2000 sledge which is for grabs in the 2011 Christmas prize draw.
It works like this. Each weekday between 1 and 16 December, there'll be a video clip on the Alpkit web site with two associated questions. One gives you entry to the main Megaslide 2000 draw, the other to the - deep breath - smaller Advent Surprise ‘Play big, win small’ daily draw.
But what you really want to know, is what's the AK Megaslide 2000 actually like? Well, here's what Alpkit has to say:
'This is the sleigh Santa likes to ride on his days off. With its lightweight powder-coated steel frame, polycarbonate front skis and HDPE rear skis it carves like a snowboard while riding on a cushion of air. Directional control is aided by moulded handle grips and a proprietary steering bar. AK MegaSlide 2000 is ready to slide out of the box but this is not a toy! Helmet, gloves and body protection are not provided but are seriously recommended!!'
You get a single entry for the draw for every correct answer up to a maximum of 12, so even if you've missed the first few days, you can still play. And of course there's the daily draw for instant gratification with 12 smaller prizes to be won.
