Official video of day four released with the field down from the original 100 to just 28 - brutal stuff...

We brought you official video of the first three days of the Dragon's Back Race last Friday along with stop press news of the winners Steve Birkinshaw and Helene Whitaker, the latter not only first woman home, but an impressive fourth overalll. On top of that, OM guest blogger Matt Davis managed a blinding eighth place overall, so big congratulations to Matt.

To put all that in some perspective, check out the official day four video and, in particular, race director Shane Ohly pointing out that from an initial field of around 100 competitors, just 28 were still competing fully by the morning of a truncated fourth day, which tells you everything you need to know about the toughness of the event.
