JonWe nicked this from Ed Douglas's twitter feed - thanks Ed! It's a lovely bit of footage of climber Neil Gresham talking lucidly and intelligently to the BBC about his recent deep water solo on something called the Forbidden Head in Pembroke.
Definitely worth a lunch time watch not least to marvel at his approach - on film - using a ten-quid inflatable dinghy. Those big money, sponsored climbers eh... Good stuff.
