No sooner does the Wales Coast Path launch than someone runs round it and then some...
No sooner does the Wales Coast Path launch - see news article - than someone not only runs round it, but for good measure adds on the Offa's Dyke Path to make a total of 1027 miles around the entire perimeter of Wales - that's roughly a marathon a day for 39 days.
Astonishing stuff from Arry Beresford-Webb, a sports therapists from South Wales - check out the pre-run video above for some more background, unfortunately Guy had to pull out of the run.
You can find Arry's highly entertaining blog at dragonrun1027.tumblr.com, her penultimate leg was over the Offa's Dyke path, followed by a planned day on the Wales Coast Path before a final mile into Cardiff for the launch of the Coast Path on Saturday.
Bonkers stuff and in aid of a very good cause. Links from the blog if you want to contribute.
