We can't imagine that there'd be that many people who decide to take part in a week-long adventure race only the month before it's due to start, but if that sounds like your bag you'll be interested to hear that there are still places on May's Adrenaline Rush.
There are already 31 teams entered to trek, bike, kayak and clamber their way over the 300 mile course, starting at Inverness. To join in you'll need - apart from boundless energy and determination - a team of four people (including at least one female) and £1,500 as team entry fee.
