Berghaus Launches New Web Site

Berghaus has launched a brand new zappy web site complete with a range of innovative new features aimed at helping visitors decide which Berghaus products suit their needs.

The company has always been one of the few outdoors brands to regularly update its site with news of new products and sponsored athletes like Leo Houlding and Chris Bonington, but the product section in particular is now much easier to navigate, with a simple, easy-to-use structure that allows you to find out about individual bits of kit easily.

One new feature that's a bit different, is the 'Kit List' section, which gives you useful basic information on what clothing to consider for either cold 'mountain trekking' or hot weather 'equator trekking'.

Interactive buttons give you decent basic information about how, for example, base layers work, then allow you to view suitable products from the Berghaus range. You can also check out 'essential' accessories in the same way and, by clicking on the athletes' tips section, find out more about three of their sponsored athletes' expeditions and what kit they choose to use.
