This year's Cliffhanger outdoors festival in Sheffield is set to get an airing on television on both Sky and the BBC says organiser Matt Heason.

Hayfisher Productions were filming at Cliffhanger in July thanks to a grant from Yorkshire Forward, and you'll be able to catch the resulting film this week on Sky at the following times:

Sep 07 - 20.00 Sky Sports Xtra
Sep 08 - 03.30 Sky Sports 2 Digital
Sep 08 - 08.00 Sky Sports 3 Digital
Sep 08 - 12.00 Sky Sports 2 Digital
Sep 08 - 15.00 Sky Sports Xtra

The blurb at Sky Sports says: 'The country's best climbers compete in the British Bouldering Championships. Thousands flock to Sheffield for the chance to see the top climbers take on a fiendishly difficult course.'

To give you a taste of what's in store, here's a short clip from YouTube.

On top of that, the BBC were also present, filming for their 'Inside Out' programme which is provisionally due to be screened 19.30 on BBC1 on Nov 1nd (worth checking your regional listings to see if you get this). The programme will be based around Steve McClure climbing at Malham Cove, and will also feature Cliffhanger.
