Just a reminder that it's the OUTDOORSmagic / Gore Meet Up in
Patterdale this weekend.
The idea is that you'll be able to use the latest Gore-Tex
technologies on the hill for real and quiz Gore's experts on what it
all means and how it works. Plus Cotswold Outdoor have generously
offered to allow everyone on the meet to have a one-off 15 per-cent
discount in their new Keswick store on the Sunday only.

article for the full details, but we've pretty much filled up all
our reserved YHA bed spaces. That doesn't mean you can't come along
though, there's a campsite in Patterdale as well as bed and breakfast
accommodation in Glenridding, or if you turn up just for the day on
Saturday, we'll be meeting at the YHA at around 9.30 am for a
projected 10 am start.
It's all going to be very relaxed and informal and no-one bites,
so feel free to come along. If you are about to do a last minute dot
com though, please drop me an e-mail
and let me know.
There is some bad news though - the weather forecast is good...
But then the sun always shines on the web....
