Gore Moves Into Bus Shelters...

It's A Great Day to enter our great Gore-Tex competition and win a luxury weekend in Scotland for two. And the bus shelters? A new ad campaign and a tenuous link in one ;-)

If you're out and about in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle, Bristol or Glasgow, keep your eyes peeled for Gore's new advertising campaign which is appearing on a bus shelter near you now...

Not that Gore is moving into bus shelters, but the campaign theme of 'It's A Great Day' ties in neatly with our fantastic 'It's A Great Weekend' Gore competition. The idea, in case you're incredibly thick, is that Gore-Tex will keep you sheltered and dry, a bit like a bus shelter. Or something like that.

Erm, anyway, moving swiftly on, enter our competition and you could win a fantastic weekend for two in Glencoe courtesy of Gore-Tex and OUTDOORSmagic. Staying in a great four-star hotel, The Isle Glencoe Hotel, you'll have a guided day out on a route of your choice plus a fab day climbing indoor ice at the Ice Factor in Kinlochleven.

You can find more details here. Don't hang around though, the competition closes on November 1, which according to the atomic clock under my desk is today...

Good luck :-)

Isn't it the Isles of Glencoe hotel Jon, rather than Isle of Skye?

Sorry to be pedantic!

It's a nice hotel that. Or at least when I stayed there a few years back.

Lovely open fire in the lounge, good beer and cracking views from the rooms.
