It's going to be a Great Weekend for one lucky OUTDOORSmagic member who's off to Glencoe for an action-packed outdoors weekend courtesy of Gore-Tex - so who is the lucky git?

We have a lucky winner for our OM / Gore-Tex 'Great Weekend'
competition and he is - drum roll - OUTDOORSmagic member Julian
Whitley from Newcastle.
 Lucky
old Julian, together with his 16 year-old son, is off to Glencoe this
weekend, where judging by the weather forecast, they'll be extremely
grateful that their prize includes some brand, spanking new Gore-Tex
clothing to ward off the 50 mph winds and driven snow.
On the Saturday they'll be outside, climbing and abseiling and
generally having a great day, while on Sunday they're off to Europe's
largest indoor ice wall at the Ice
Factor inKinlochleven for some professional ice climbing
instruction.
It's not all outdoorsy though. Julian and son will be staying in
the rather nice four-star Isles
of Glencoe Hotel in Ballachulish where they'll be plied with
nice food and generally taken care of.
We're quietly confident that Julian's going to have a couple of
great days and we're profoundly jealous.
