Hello U-SUK
The latest on Team The North Face, or rather what's left of it in the Eco Challenge

If you were wondering what became of Team The North Face, then
wonder no more. Keith Byrne and Steve Watkins, one half of the team
have merged with a similarly disadvantaged American pair to form the
stormingly named Team U-SUK...
In fact both teams are technically still racing under their
original names and the rules forbid multinational teams so their
union is tragically doomed, but on the ground and in the water they
are, apparently, Team U-SUK. Not only that but they're encouraging
spectators to chant the name as they pass and confusing innocent
check-point personnel as they go.
Given that Keith's the UK marketing supremo for The North Face, it
surely can't be long before we see a range of specialised U-SUK
adventure racing gear, or maybe not. But hey, don't you kind of wish
the boys had merged with the Playboy Extreme Team? Bet they do...
Hang on, that's smutty. No more.
