Kendal Comes To Sheffield
The Best of the Kendal Mountain Film Festival that is, with two showings of the best award-winning films from last year's excellent festival.

Sheffield-based OMers get the chance to see some of the best films
from last year's excellent Kendal Mountain Film Festival at The
Showroom next week.
A 'Best of Kendal Film Festival' selection will be showing on 20
and 26 April, each comprising two hour's worth of the award-winning
films from the festival. The selection's different on both nights, so
you could always take in both and get four hours of films on
climbing, mountaineering, skiing, kayaking and mountain culture.
The Wednesday 20 April programme includes Das Rad
(cultural), Soul Purpose (skiing), Your Himalayas (mountaineering),
African Fly-By (climbing / base jumping), Dolomite Trance (climbing),
Never Say Nevis Again (kayaking), Highliner (slack lining) and My
Sore Pussy (kayaking).
The Tuesday 26 April rundown is Altisimo (kayaking), Fools
With Tools (dry tool climbing), Psicobloc (deep water soloing), Twice
Upon A Time In Bolivia (mountaineering) - above - Sleeping Giants
(skiing), Le Cheval (cultural).
