Latest Outdoor Podcasts Up And Downloading...

Last time we saw Pod Bob Cartwright of backpackinglight.co.uk at the NEC he was hard at work with his Star Trek verbal word storage device and now the results are up and ready to be downloaded.

Latest to roll off the Pod Bob production line are an interview with Rab designer Richard Dannah and a sockcast with Bridgedale legend George Crawford-Smith.

Then Bob has upheld his reputation as a laydeez man with a 'For Women Only' podcast featuring the designers of the Shewee - yes, no more squatting behind rocks - plus Montane designer Julie Greengrass - above with Bob - on the latest women's specific kit from the Northumberland lightweight maestros.

On top of that there are audiences with Fiona Thornewill, who pulled a a 300 lb sled to the South Pole and became the fastest person ever to do so in 41 days and a chat with Nick from Alpkit.

Just the job if the Prodigy don't boil your beans down the gym :-)
