Merrell Launches Merrell Journey

Merrell the outdoor footwear and clothing brand has launched something it's calling the Merrell Journey on its web site where you can register for a Merrell Passport no less.

The passport is intended to give you some general kit advice and inspiration but also ties in with Merrell's Journey, which is in fact a series of Merrell-supported events and competitions going on throughout 2008.

They range from the Merrell Mud Man on 8 March, a combination of an off-road running event and an off-road running / mountain biking duathlon, via the Open Five Adventure Series of one-day aventure races, through to the Bristol Half Marathon.

All good stuff if you're looking to get out there and there's also a rather neat competition to win a Split Screen VW camper van for a weekend, which you can enter by submitting a photo of yourself in your Merrells.
