The American's have had them for years, and now the UKs National Parks have joined the trend to issue collector "Passports". The idea is that you pick up a passport at any of the National Parks and then get it stamped at visitor centres as you travel around the parks, keeping a record of your trips as you go. If you want to save a bit of time you can print off the passport in advance from a pdf on the National Parks' website.

To join in simply;
1. Print off a passport or collect one from a Visitor Centre
2. Visit as many National Parks as you want to, do something different, and remember to take some photos!
3. At each National Park, get your passport stamped at one of the listed Visitor Centres
4. Send your stories to the National Parks Authority. You can upload photos and movies too, and you could find yourself on their website!
Although the program is running across all 14 National Parks you'll need to visit one of the Visitor Centres to get your passport stamped - you can check the location of centres taking part from a list issued along with the passports or on the website.
