We've just selected the three lucky winners - or more accurately,
deserving winners - of our great
Berghaus
prizes for the
best
routes submitted on the OUTDOORSmagic Routes System during
November.
Winner

Our
top route of the month and the winner of a rather nice
Berghaus Pro Trek jacket worth
£250 is
Hillfoots Bazza for his
Ben Cleuch via Mill Glen. It's a
lovely half day or winter route in the Ochil Hills complete with clear
and conceise directions and a couple of rather nice images to show you
what it's all about. And like all OM routes, it comes with an OS map
and downloadable GPS data in Anquet and GPX format.
Second Place
Runner-up and winner of a pair of
Berghaus
Pro Rush Low lightweight shoes - complete with
awesomely grippy Optistud soles - is Alastair Seafroatt for his route
Hopes to Lammerlaw via Sing Bank
Burn. It's another Scottish route, this time in
the Lammermuir hills.
Third Place
Finally, the winner of a
Spectrum Micro
zipped microfleece top is Chris for his - or her -
Four Downs and a Chapel route,
a circular walk around the centre of the Isle of Wight and not in
Scotland at all ;-)
Congratulations to all three winners, we'll be in touch to check size
details. In the mean time, December's Berghaus prizes are now up for
grabs - all you need to do is get over to the
OUTDOORSmagic Routes System and
load up a stunning walking or scrambling route, preferably along with a
couple of photographs. And if, at the end of the month, your route is
judged to be in the top three, you'll win some great Berghaus kit.
Simple eh, and don't forget you can use the routes system to map your
walks, runs and bike rides for your own interest.
