In a shock move, OUTDOORSmagic has appointed Sally Hotchkin as its
South American correspondent.

Meet-Up in Snowdonia last year. Watch out South America

Sal, 21, who has worked on the site since before its inception, has
finally tired of the delights of Farringdon and the lure of working
with the multi-talented Magicalia team and rather curiously opted to
take off for a month or so's travel and trekking in South
America.
So she doesn't get bored with all the stunning scenery, endless
sunshine, rather disgusting South American beer, cheap but nutritious
chicken and rice or chicken and rice dinners, we've decided to ask
her to report back occasionally and make use all sickeningly
jealous...
This is Sal's last day and I'd like ot thank her on behalf of
anyone who would like to thank her, for the huge contribution she's
made to the success of OUTDOORSmagic and the other Magicalia sites,
for providing endless entertainment at outdoors trade shows,
particularly for Javier, the Boreal representative and for putting up
with some frankly rather random behaviour from most of her
colleagues, most of the time.
So, good luck Sal, have a great time in South America, let us know
how it goes and last but not least, kick butt at Harvard Business
School whatever that might be. We're going to miss you... Oh, mine's a Jack Daniels in a tall glass with lots of ice and lemonade thanks.
