OUTDOORSmagic Editor In Podcast Shocker...

Anyone suffering from terminal boredom can now download an interview with OUTDOORSmagic editor Jon Doran from pioneering outdoors podcaster Bob Cartwright of backpackinglight.co.uk.

Speaking to himself this morning, Jon, pictured below - from the OM members album - said: 'Why anyone would want to listen to my interninable rambling, I have no idea. Personally I'd rather go for a nice walk in the hills or do the washing up...'

In the podcast - a downloadable MP3 file which can be listened to using the software already installed on most PCs and Macs - Jon taks about the background to the OUTDOORSmagic site, what happens behind the scenes on the site, the delights of the ever-friendly OM forum and confesses that he is a technological illiterate who has no idea how the site will develop over the next few years. In a shocking revelation, he also claims that he'd rather be out in the mountains than answering e-mail.
