Prolific Guide Book Author Launches New Website
New website address for Paddy Dillon
Prolific author, and OUTDOORSMagic member, Paddy Dillon has launched a
new website with details of his extensive range of guide books and his
contributions to many collaborative projects. Many OM members will be
familiar with Paddy's forum contributions where he regularly helps out
other members with accurate and detailed answers on areas as diverse as
the Reivers Way and walking in mediterranean destinations. Along with
his listed 37 guide books you'll find a comprehensive list of
contributions in publications from map cover photographs to the
Automobile Association's Book of Britains's Walks.

The next year looks like showing little sign of let-up in Paddy's non
stop workload, with a five volume series of guide books to the canary
islands already underway along with a new guide to the Pennine Way for
which paddy walked an additional 80 miles to cover all the alternative
routes to Britain's most popular long distance route. Over the next
couple of years Sardinia, Iceland and Greenland will feature in a
hectic schedule that has recently included talks and seminars covering
Lighytweight Trekking, Winter Sunshine Walking, the GR20 through
Corsica and the national Trails of Britain. Towards the end of 2009
Paddy will also be talking about the GR221 through the popular holiday
destination of Mallorca at Stanfords in Bristol.
