Spiderman In The News Again

The French fella who likes soloing tall buildings and has been dubbed 'Spiderman' by the media is back in the news after climbing a cliff on Tianmen Mountain in central China as part of a promotional event.

Alain Robert was supposedly banned from China for five years this June after illegally climbing the country's highest building in Shanghai without ropes, but clearly the lure of worldwide media coverage proved too much for the Chinese and he was invited back to promote 4,980 foot Tianmen mountain in Zhangjiajie prefecture.

Robert scaled a 200-metre cliff on the mountain without using ropes or equipment, but has said that he has no intention of turning his back on buildering.

And here he is climbing China's highest building in his red and blue spidey outfit.
