Top Rock Jock In Edinburgh Seminar
Top Scottish climber Dave MacLeod is appearing at the Edinburgh Festival of Sports Science in May which will also be showing several of the film due to appear at the city's Mountain Film Festival.

A quick heads-up for Scottish readers with the news that one of
Scotland's top climbers is to appear at the Edinburgh Festival of
Sports Science in May.
Mountain Equipment-sponsored Dave
MacLeod who happens to be a sports scientist himself, will be
talking about the psychology of climbing, the use of his equipment
and the physical preparation needed for the sport. The seminar, 'The
Science of Risk' has a limited number of places available and will
include footage of some of the hardest rock and ice routes in the
world.
As a bonus, the festival will also be screening a free preview of
some of the films to be shown at October's Edinburgh Mountain Film
Festival. The Edinburgh Festival of Sports Science takes place at
Dynamic Earth on May 22.
