Wayfayrer
food has a brand new look
for spring 2009 with what the company describes as 'a bolder, more
colourful design' along with a brand new logo, though
what's inside remains basically the same.
The new pack, as you can
see, is a fetching shade of ectoplasmic green and black, which should
stand out on the shelves - Wayfayrer describes it as 'a vibrant new look', which seems about right.
Wayfayer food is pre-cooked 'real food' in foil pouches rather than
dehydrated rations.
That makes it easy to cook - only heating needed - and potentially
quite tasty and good for a treat, though the downside is that it's
relatively heavy to carry, which can be an issue on multi-day trips.
Alongside the packaging changes, there are some new additions and
limited editions to the range of breakfasts, mains and desserts in the
pipeline. The new look is in the shops now.
