North Wales Police are seriously concerned for the safety of a Liverpool-based walker who has been missing in Snowdonia for two nights.

The man, 46-year-old Keith Webster hasn't been seen since Monday 20 July when he was seen in Llanberis at around 10.15 am and despite search efforts by North Wales Police and the force helicopter, Mountain Rescue teams, SARDA, the RAF helicopter and the RAF Mountain Rescue Team, he still hasn't been found.

The missing man is believed to be wearing a brown jacket and jeans and black trainers and was carrying a small black backpack

Around 40 mountain rescue volunteers have been involved in the searches which have now been suspended. Police are asking anyone who's seen him or may know where he is to contact them on 0845 607 1001 (Welsh line) or 0845 607 1002 (English line).
