live when it comes to the UK in November. Conrad Anker and Simone Moro
will both be speaking at the Union Chapel in London on Tuesday 20th
November at 7.30pm.
Sounds like it should be a cracking evening with Conrad Anker set to
talk about the story of a decade–long dream, being part of the first
team in over 30 attempts to successfully ascend the Shark’s Fin on
Mount Meru (4,565m) in the Garhwal, Himalayas. Supported by
breathtaking imagery and video from his teammates Renan Ozturk (USA)
and Jimmy Chin (USA), Anker tells the tale from their failed attempt in
2008 to their incredible success in October 2011.
