According to the Scotsman, the woman was reported missing on Saturday
after going onto the mountain with her son to scatter her late
husband's ashes according to his last wishes. A full-scale search and
rescue mission was about to swing into action on Sunday morning, when
she thankfully walked into a local health centre to report that she was
safe and well.
A spokesperson for local rescue teams says she was 'very lucky' to have
survived given her inadequate equipment and lack of experience. Full
