We've got together with the nice people at Gore-Tex to organise a fantastic OUTDOORSmagic / Gore-Tex compeition to win not just a 'Great Day Out' with Gore, but a 'Great Weekend Out'.

The prize is a weekend for two people up near Glencoe in Scotland. You'll be kitted out by Gore - and yes, the kit is yours to keep - and staying in the Isles of Glencoe Hotel in Ballachulish and all activities and will be arranged with the Ice Factor in Kinlochleven.

On Saturday you'll have a choice of a local classic route with a professional guide - that could be the Aonach Eagach Ridge, Curved Ridge on the Buchaillle or even Tower Ridge on the Ben. Or you could simply take in one of the great local ridge walks like the Ring of Steall - it's your choice.

Saturday - you could climb Curved Ridge on Buchaille Etive Mor...

Then, on the Sunday you'll be heading over to the Ice Factor in Kinlochleven for three hours instruction on the world's largest indoor ice-climbing facility where you'll be able to hone your ice climbing techniques just in time for winter. There's also an indoor rock wall and, if it all gets a bit too much, a steam room and sauna :-)

Because we're nice people, the competition, which coincides with the launch of a new Gore-Tex advertising campaign, the theme of which is 'It's A Great Day' - hint - is dead easy to enter. So what are you waiting for, just enter the competition. Good luck :-)
