With the Ordnance Survey Outdoors Show only two and a half weeks away, it's time to get buying tickets - or preferably winning them. Yes, we have some to give away - five pairs to be precise - so if you're thinking of heading to Birmingham on the 16th, 17th or 18th March but you haven't put your hand in your pocket yet, visit our competition page and they could be yours.
Highlights of the show include a brand showcase with all the latest gear, including Alpkit's Gourdon dry bag come day sack, Patagonia's environmentally friendly clothing, Lowe Alpine's new TFX back system packs, and Sprayway's gadget-friendly jackets.
Other attractions include photography workshops with Colin Prior, climbing masterclasses with Mountain Hardwear sponsored Neil Gresham, or if you're feeling less energetic, a chance to sit and watch top boulderers pulling their monkey stunts.
To win, just fill in your details and answer a super-duperly simple question here and we'll let you know if your name comes out of the hat when the competition closes. If you're unlucky this time around, remember that you can also buy discounted tickets online using the promotional code MAGIC2.
We have a small stash of other freebies on offer at the moment too, including some lightweight Vango camping gear, and a chance to go for a walk with Alan Hinkes. Keep checking our competition page for details.
And finally, we've pulled the names out of the hat to find out who'll be listening to one of Andy Kirkpatrick's 'Psychovertical' talks for free, and the winners are:
- Andrew Williamson
- Matt Baddeley
- Vicki Cox
- Martyn Werner
- Charles Ross
- Gina Kendall
- Andrew Bramall
- Graeme Murray
- Chris Ward
- Howard Jones
Congratulations, and if you haven't checked your inboxes yet, you've got mail:-)
