Strengths: Good cushioning effect. Can be used as a preventative measure. Can stay on for days. Prevents infection.
Weaknesses: Notorius for adhering too expensive socks better than your feet. expensive
Overall: After applying bind the area with zinc oxide tape. If the weather is cold try heating them gently with a lighter, the instructions just recommend using the warmth from your hand. If they do stick to your socks try using a little white spirit.
