'BIG AND BOUNCY'
Strengths:
Big enough for two close friends - I've had three in this - one in a bivvy bag in the porch
Easy to cook in (porch)
Pitches as one and quickly
Heavy weather bounces off
Able to double pole (extra poles only £40 delivered) not that you'll need to
Weaknesses:
Heavier than a TN Laser comp
Some condensation due to poor inner ventilation - this can apparently be customised-out
Overall:
Oozes quality compared with its TN rival. Good tough fabrics and lots of room mean you will have no qualms about pitching it anywhere on a mountain.

Just stunning.

'BRILLIANT LIGHTWEIGHT TENT'
Strengths:
Weight. Easy to pitch - can't belive the other reviewers who find it difficult to pitch - short of a pop up tent - what could be easier? Weatherproofness - walking the South West Coast Path I had to pack it away wet three times - but when pitched the next evening it kept the rain off again and I had a dry nights sleep.
Weaknesses:
It's not the most roomy for me - but guess that's the compromise you pay for the weight. The pegs do tend to disentergrate quickly particularly going into harder ground.
Overall:
Brilliant solo tent - so easy to pitch, so light, so good at keeping me dry and warm - don't know what more you would want.

'THE BEST! LIGHT PACKABLE STRONG SPACIOUS'
Strengths:
Light and packable. A huge vestibule and tons of space inside. I use this with my dog (TFS) it is so dry and warm and spacious for a one man tent - absolutelly unbeatable!!!

I have used this tent in massive winds and it has barely flinched - a really hard little one man tent
Weaknesses:
None - it is fantastic
Overall:
Just the most amaxing one man tent on the market. Space, warmth, and four season protection from wind and rain. Really dependable.

'BUY ONE.'
Strengths:
The tent is fantastic in every way, It`s a doddle to pitch and packaway. Its light but still has plenty of room for me 6 foot 2, and my Dog a German Wirehaired Pointer. Loads of room in porch to cook and store gear. I suppose it could take two at a pinch for mountain marathoners and still have room for gear. The quality of materials and workmanship are superb.
Weaknesses:
People say it has condensation problems, it does if not vented correctly. If you are really tall your head is not far away from fabric and it can feel a bit uncomfortable but that would only apply to very tall people.
Overall:
Buy one the competion may be lighter, but nowhere near as good.

'SUPER TENT.'
Strengths:
light and strong and easy to pitch.
Weaknesses:
Did snap a pole over last new year in the Lakes but the wind was severe
Overall:
buy it if you want a light backpackable tent. Mine took me throught a traverse of the pyrenees 35 days of hard core use. No problems. I will buy another one unless something new comes on the market,

'WORTH IT'
Strengths:
Easy, quick pitch. Large vestibule. Enough height to sit upright in centre. Light [but see weakness]. Flexible ventilation systems. Sleeps two fairly comfortably. Long enough for storage at foot of sleeping mat.
Weaknesses:
Mine actually weighed in at 1.7kg not the 1.6kg claimed; Hilleberg claim this is the result of "variations in materials" (hmmmm?) and pitching with only 4 pegs is unrealistic in any conditions.
Overall:
Bought for and used in mountain marathons. Not as light as the more extreme MM tents but a lot more stable and comfy. Sleeps two big lads plus gear no problem. V. rapid pitch and large vestibule are key strengths. Never had problems with flap noise - just spend time getting tensions right. To cure rattling zip pulls simply wrap tape around them.

'SUPERB TENT'
Strengths:
Weight, strength, ease of pitching.
Weaknesses:
Rattling zip pulls (which I've now replaced with cord).
Overall:
An excellent lightweight but bomb proof solution for one + kit (spacious), 1 + dog (fine) or 2 (at a squeeze!). People complain about flappiness of fabric - well, if it's pitched properly, this isn't an issue but it won't look as tight as a geodesic. People also complain about condensation but as it's a silicon coated fabric it will always look worse than on a nylon tent. Never been a massive problem to me though. It's great and far stronger and less faff than similar models from competitors.

'DEPENDABLE, EASY, SPEEDY'
Strengths:
Super fast pitching, tough, light and plenty of room in the porch. Very high quality.
Weaknesses:
Reliant on guy points, costly. Does flap in high winds.
Overall:
Excellent for solo backpacking at any time of the year. Great in winter when you need to ba able to sit out a storm and cook in your tent. It is versitile so you can pitch outer only which is quite usefull. Inner tent only option would work well in dry climates.

Double pole option and scope for adding extra guylines etc for winter use are there if you need to.

Condensation is not a problem as some would have you beleive.

'TICKS THE BOXES IN ALL CATEGORIES'
Strengths:
Ease of pitching, pitch as one, ample porch area, roomy inside (for the category), high quality, sensible sized stuff bag, sensible pegs
Weaknesses:
Quite flappy in high winds
Overall:
Like most people, took ages to make up mind on tent. Mate bought a lightwave t0 trek so couldnt get that. Decided may as well go for this one - sturdy, four season good weight etc etc.

Wasnt bothered about the weight in comparison to the TN ones as not MM'in.

Erm well it certainly does the job. So easy to pitch - ended up pitching it for the first time in the dark while drinking a bottle of wine and was up in no time!

My only gripe is the flappyness (presume a general feature with this design), pitched in 25-30mph winds and really wasnt as rock solid as I had come to expect from some other users comments. Mates t0 was pitched next to me, and that was like a rock!

Still, though it was flappy, overall I never doubted that it wouldnt stay where it was supposed to.

Oh, during that windy night the rods bent out of shape slightly - not a problem of itself - just again quite surprised.

Would buy the footprint if you are hiking in UK rather than racing though. Lol at a comment I saw somewhere that the porch area dries out in a day - not in West Scotland it doesnt!

I still wouldnt hesitate to recommend it, my expectations we're probably over inflated from other reviews, but I dont regret the purchase for a minute.

'GREAT TENT'
Strengths:
easy to put up, survives harsh weather, light weight
Weaknesses:
noisy due to loose flappy material, newer tents are lighter, expensive, quite a bit of condensation, unless it is windy or vents are left open.
Overall:
Great tent, but quite noisy as I can never get the tension right (nor can most people in the photos I have seen). With ear plugs it is fine. Goes up in a genuine relaxed 10 mins or hurried 5. Lots of porch space for rucksack storage and cooking. Never felt like it was going to fail, even in really stormy weather.
