Strengths: They fit where others wouldn't Weaknesses: The plastic cloured bits at the krab end are a little sticky. Not seen them for sale in the UK. Overall: Because they have a groove down the middle they can fit in places that other nuts wouldn't. I bought them when I was living in the USA and supprisingly havn't seen them for sale in the UK.
