'AYE, WHAT THEY SAID.'
Strengths:
Cleverness unheard of in a fleece.
Weaknesses:
Thay replaced it with the stoopid Gemini.
Overall:
You can wear this all the time, it supplies just the right amount of heat for me. In winter without wind it's great, and under a shell it works as it's very breathable. In milder weather the venting is outstanding and the sleeves roll right up.
I love it, I tried to get another but the cupboard was bare. The new version has pockets so useless as to be made orange peel stapled to your lapel.

'AWARD-WINNGING MICROFLEECE'
Strengths:
Innovative mix of Polartec Powerstretch & microfleece.
Handy hood with adjustment.
Well positioned pockets.
Lightweight but suprisingly toasty.
Well tailored fit.
Weaknesses:
Expessive for a fleece.
No thumb loops.
Haglofs have stopped producing it!
Overall:
Shame to see this great technical microfleece disappear from the shelves, but the high price was probably set too high for retail... oh well your loss. ;-)

'EXCELLENT SUMMER OR JUST IN CASE FLEECE'
Strengths:
Well made and lightweight. The hood provides great protection and also saves having to pack a warm hat. Pockets fit an OS map. Packs small. Washes well.
Weaknesses:
The fit is a little too technical, so when ordering online order a size bigger than normal. The pocket entries would be better a little lower to double as comfortable hand warmers.
Overall:
Great fleece for 3 season use. As its lightweight and only 100 power fleece it is a little cold in the winter where I'd rather use a 200 or 300 power fleece. For 3 season use you'd find it hard to beat this fleece for value and quality though!

'A MIDLAYER THAT KNOWS WHAT IT'S ABOUT'
Strengths:
Lightweight; breathable and good wicking performance; ideal for layering thanks to active cut; drawcorded hood so no need for a hat; jacket design with full length zip so easily ventilated; good value when you compare it to the similarly priced microfleece pullovers - you can find it for ~£65 if you shop around.
Weaknesses:
Doesn't have the high-tech appeal of softshell which perhaps explains why so few people seem to use this jacket; seems to be sized on the small side (I usually take a medium but had to buy this in a large) so try before you buy or at least order a size larger than your usual.
Overall:
I don't run particularly hot or sweaty but I like to feel ventilated when I'm out on the hill and have never felt comfortable in a softshell so this jacket has been perfect for me. It's exceptionally breathable due to both the 100 weight Polartec microfleece fabric and meshlined armpits and huge chest pockets (large enough to take an OS map). It has a zipguard and the elasticated material around the cuffs ensures a snug fit around your wrists. The hood is drawcorded but the hem isn't, though the only reason I can see for a drawcorded hem is to stop the wind blowing up it, and in those conditions I'd wear my windsmock (which has a drawcorded hem) over the fleece anyway.

All in all, a well-designed master midlayer aimed at those who just aren't convinced of the 'jack-of-all' properties of softshell.
