'GOOD, BUT NOT GREAT'
Strengths:
easy to use
Weaknesses:
not terribly accurate (compared to my GPS), battery goes with no warning. Can't display temperature and current altitude.
Overall:
I like the karabiner fitting (I have a version 2 model with slightly improved karabiner). As an altimeter, it needs resetting quite a few times during a day to keep accurate. Battery dies after 12-18 months with no warning (so I now keep a spare in my first aid kit). Can't display temperature and current altitude, which are my two favourite displays - either time and temp or altitude with time.

'A great idea in many ways, but spoiled by lack of reliability'
Strengths:
Virtually all the functions you want at a good price
Carabiner clip means it attaches to rucksacks and measures outdoor temperature, not wrist temperature
Weaknesses:
Unreliable
Serious condensation problems
Overall:
I was delighted with the Altitech when I got it, and still would be if it worked! The first one was replaced because the compass refused to calibrate after a battery change. The second one has finally died after about 18 months' service clipped to my rucksack strap. I've never immersed it in water, and it's supposed to be water-resistant to 30m; but the Lakeland rain and drizzle got in none the less, making the display hard to read because of condensation, and finally making it give up the ghost.

The carabiner clip is probably the cause of the problem, as it led me to put the Altitech in too exposed a place; it would have been much safer on my wrist!
