'IT IS SNUG THOUGH . . .'
Strengths:
Bargain price (sale! woo hoo)
Slim, sexy fit with a nice scooped tail
Ultra light
Weaknesses:
The slim fit does limit what you can put on under it.
More than a base layer and micro fleece and it is starting to get tight
Overall:
A superlight snug jacket which should be popular with 'fast and light' types

'GENIUS. AHEAD OF IT'S TIME.'
Strengths:
Fabric, design, weight.
Weaknesses:
Buyers didn't like it, fat people didn't like it. And of course they must be right.
Overall:
I love this jacket. It's slim fit, so the fabric works better than it would on an ordinary cut. The arm movement is superb, the hood is a proper hood with a wired peak giving great protection. The single pocket is all you need.
The length is spot on for the bike.

People just didn't get it. Rab brought out the Drillium which is the same jacket with mass appeal two chest pockets but a much inferior cut.

I should have stocked up on them.

'GOOD IDEA LET DOWN BY POOR DESIGN'
Strengths:
Weight
Weaknesses:
Fit
Overall:
The idea- lightweight eVent jacket with hood and stretch panels for a close fit- is good.
But the execution of this jacket is poor. Long, loose sleeves coupled with a tight chest that leads to bunching under the arms. Feels very restrictive and uncomfortable. There is not much stretch in the stretch panels. Large hood is rolled into collar, making collar very stiff.
Material is light but very noisy (crisp packet).
On sale at massive discount- now I know why.
