'WATER PURIFICATION FOR YOUR INNER JEDI!'
Strengths:
Lightweight
Very Easy to use with minimum of faff
Fast - all done and dusted in matter of minutes
Effective - I've not had any ill effects from drinking gopping water treated with it.
Easily cared for and stored.
The UV bulb looks like a mini light sabre. Pure water drink you, hmmm.
Weaknesses:
Possibility of breakage if you don't take care of it
Needs filtering through before treatment if the waters muddy (just like using any form of purification)
Relatively Expensive.
Relies on availability of C123A batteries - not the easy old AAs
Overall:
It's great. Took a bit of getting used to - swishing a mini light sabre around in my Nalgene bottle, then drinking, but it does really work. Not sure how it would work in a bladder but for wide neck bottles it's great. It is one of those things you need to read the instructions, as the safety cut offs and flashing lights can be confusing to the uninitiated.

'AMAZING!'
Strengths:
Lightweight, quick & easy to use. No effort required. Should be idiot proof (even I can use it)!
Weaknesses:
Water may require some sort of filtering prior to treatment if it is dirty / muddy, although this isn't strictly necessary as it will still kill off 99% of nasties if "double dose" applied. But drinking murky water isn't something I'd do unless I was in a really desperate situation.
Can be expensive to buy although I got mine brand new in box from Ebay for £72.00 including P&P from a UK seller.
Overall:
Great new product
