'VALUE FOR MONEY'
Strengths:
3 x different grips, do not shorten on impact, cheap.
Weaknesses:
Branded as Aldi, people have looked at me & said " must be cr*p if they only cost £7.99".
Overall:
I have used Leki, black mountain, field & trek poles, & these are as good as any I've ever used.

'FIT FOR THE JOB'
Strengths:
Price, build quality, 3 piece with anti-shock and rubber tip
Weaknesses:
naff colours, lookalike cork grips
Overall:
can do most things competently but not much use crossing Scottish mountain streams - this requires a stout stick
