'QUITE SIMPLY, EXCELLENT!'
Strengths:
Breathable, showerproof and plenty of ventilation options. Provided you like black they also come in a shortened leg version so for me, absolutely perfect fit.
Weaknesses:
Wet-out in persistent rain but they are not marketed as waterproof. They'll wear out one day and I'll have to buy some more :-(
Overall:
I wear them all the time. I just add some Paramo Cambia LJ's for winter. Enough said!

'BRILLIANT, BUY THEM!'
Strengths:
Good cut, very comfortable and light. Windproof and on the rare hot days the vents keep you cool. Although my wife reckons it looks as if you're wearing fishnets underneath!
Weaknesses:
None so far
Overall:
If you're looking for a general purpose trouser then this is the one.

'FIT ME PERFECTLY'
Strengths:
Great shape, slim fitting, perfect in the all black variety and short leg.
Weaknesses:
none
Overall:
My choice of walking trouser as they fit my short legs. Wear them with Paramo ljs in the winter. Can't fault them. I wish they did waterproofs in the same length leg, (please!!)

'BEST TROUSER IN ITS PRICE RANGE'
Strengths:
Tough, breathable and comfortable fit (if you get the size above!)

[Update 28/11/08] Having now worn these trousers for a couple of more challenging outings, I have to say I was maybe a touch mean on the feedback previously

Weaknesses:
Quite slim fitting, if you've got big thighs / derriere look for a different trouser
Overall:
Nice modern looking, dependable trouser which won't let you down if the elements turn against you

[Update 28/11/08] Absolute essential bit of kit, great all-rounder, dry time is superb

'Warm, windproof and wonderful'
Strengths:
Warm but not too warm when you've got a stride on, windproof, good DWR as rain beads and rolls but even when wetted out they feel warm due to lining, decent fit, good pockets, good venting options with (nearly) full length zips.
Weaknesses:
Just a personal thing really but I would like a back pocket option, other than that, nothing that honestly I can think of!
Overall:
I wore these for the first time on a very rainy/sleet/snowy/windy and f-f-f-freezing cold day on Lochnager before Christmas. My walking buddies all put waterproof over trousers on after about 30 minutes of walking when we hit into some lovely slushly sleet and rain that quicly turned into snow, then back to rain again! - as much for windproofing as anything - I was slightly worried that I'd get cold or wet at first. I needn't have worried at all! These trousers kept me warm and dry all day - not too warm as some lined trousers can be when working hard, but certainly warm enough even in sub-zero temperatures combined with nasty wind chill on Lochnager plateau in December, which is good enough for me! If you're looking for winter trousers I would unreservedly recommend these and I would definitely buy again if I needed to.

'EXCELLENT'
Strengths:
Good freedom of movement due to the cut. Very windproof, I've worn these in very windy and cold conditions. Due to the vents they can even be worn on warm, sunny days.
Weaknesses:
If you forget to open the vents, they can be a bit sweaty.
Overall:
A very versatile pair of pants.
