'BRIGHT BUT POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS'
Strengths:
Very, Very bright
Weaknesses:
Heavy, uses up quite a lot of gas.
The lantern itself gets really hot and it's easy to burn yourself on it and/or melt holes in things :0
Overall:
Nice for car camping, but keep your eye on it!

'THESE THINGS ARE JUST FUN'
Strengths:
Fun to use in a base camp. Throws off a good amount of light.
Weaknesses:
A torch is infinitely more practicable if you are backpacking / wild camping. A gas lantern is a complete waste of weight--it is only useful and fun if you are car camping.
Overall:
Fun lamp for car camping.
