'CHEAP AND EFFECTIVE, UNTIL IT BREAKS'
Strengths:
Inexpensive. Wooden handles provide a little rigidity and the ability to carry it. Tap has positive on/off positions and doesn't drip.
Weaknesses:
Tap plug can pop out or leak. Bag can burst if you try to actually get 10 litres inside. Bag will almost certainy burst if you successfully manage that and then try to use both handles to carry it (if the tap plug doesn't pop out). Tap is in an awkward position - you either have to suspend it tap-end down (risking the tap plug shooting out under pressure) or lay it on the floor and apply pressure with the tap pointing sideways. Either way, it's difficult to get the last of the water out.
Overall:
It'll be your best friend for ages, saving many trips to your water source, until it turns on you and drenches your legs. I've owned four of these to date, and I've finally learned my lesson - pay more for something better. The four I owned died of:

1. Mould. You need to stick some salt or something inside once you stow it for a bit.
2. Thrown in bin for badly fitting tap plug. It leaked and occasionally fell out.
3. Bursting (two died of this). It can hold ten litres, but moans when you move it.

Conclusion: It's better than nothing, but not better than anything.
