    'GREAT'
    Strengths:
    Weight (or lack of).
    Waterproofness.
    Colours.
    Weaknesses:
Probably not great for prolonged submersion.
    Overall:
I have three of these in different sizes and they are great. I don;t bother with a pack liner and just stick stuff that needs protecting from the elements in these. I'd suggest getting a range of differently sized ones so they're different colours to make it easy to identify which bag you're looking for.

'LIGHT, DRY AND, EVEN BETTER, CHEAP'
    Strengths:
Great product for the money, performed very well despite a bargain basement price tag. Very light too.
    Weaknesses:
None has become apparent so far.
    Overall:
I was sold one of these bags by a very convincing salesman and I thought "hmmm... cheap and light, I bet it's not really waterproof". However after a drenched camping trip I returned home with my vintage canvas tent stuffed into the bag. Two days later I retrieved it all for drying and I was astounded when I had to pour half a litre of water from the bag. None of this had leaked through the bag. So, for what it's worth, I can confirm that these bags are dry from the inside out at least ;-)

    'IT JUST WORKS'
    Strengths:
Cheaper than most/any other brands, but they do the job. Before I took these bags out "into the field" I thought I should test them: Stuffed with clothes and paperwork, I threw them into a bath of water and ran the shower on them for a few minutes. Left it to soak for an hour and still not a drip inside. They have since survived downpours from The Scottish highlands to the Amazon rainforest.
    Weaknesses:
Thin fabric LOOKS like it might rip, but neither of mine has done so far. No weaknesses experienced yet.
    Overall:
    No nonsense, cheap, effective.
