| 'GREAT FOR USE WHEN WALKING IN GROUPS' | | Strengths: drinks on the move | | Weaknesses: no way of measuring how much you've used, without taking the bag out and shaking it about, so nagating the main point of a camelbak. Can flavour drinks. Tube freezes in winter use. | | Overall: A great piece of kit for when in a group, so you are never the one everyone is waiting for, but for solo use I prefer Sigg bottles as they enable me to measure my drinking rate better and are a good excuse to stop and look about for a couple of minutes when I want a drink. They can flavour drinks, but not excessively. The tube will freeze in winter use, which makes it useless (blowing back after a drink reduces this, but is a bit fiddly). |

| 'Doesn't taste funny, doesn't leak!' | | Strengths: Ease of use, robust, insulated, no aftertaste. | | Weaknesses: Hard to clean, need a kit really . | | Overall: Quite often people say their systems leak. This feels as if it will last forever. I've sat on mine, fallen on it and it stands ap to it. Forget the others this is really the only system |
