Description: The Horn supports the hand, protecting it from violent blows against the wall. It is also a safe and balanced support for the ice axe against ice. The Horn can be detached when a completely free spike is requested. The Horn can be fitted on all Grivel ice axes, even on the earlier models that have a spike with a clip hole.
