Description: Gore-Tex XCR 3-layer rip-stop fabric, XCR Supplex reinforcement, bi-color Cordura patches on elbows and shoulders, two core vent openings with water-resistant zippers, two external Napoleon pockets with water-resistant zips and stretch mesh lining, inner powder skirt, internal waist drawcord with single hand operation, rollup hood with Velcro securing flap, single-hand adjustable hood drawcord, exterior bicep pocket (it's on the sleeve, by your bicep), adjustable Velcro cuffs, D-ring for glove loops.
