If your blister has the slightest sign of an infection or forign body don't use them.
Does nothing for me that Melolin won't do at one tenth of the price.

WORK IF YOU APPLY THEM RIGHT
Good cushioning effect. Can be used as a preventative measure. Can stay on for days. Prevents infection.
Notorius for adhering too expensive socks better than your feet. expensive
After applying bind the area with zinc oxide tape.
If the weather is cold try heating them gently with a lighter, the instructions just recommend using the warmth from your hand.
If they do stick to your socks try using a little white spirit.
