VERY, VERY GOOD
very reliable, very strong simple, and light.
can be a bit of a battle getting maps in or out - worth cutting card cover's off the O/S maps before using in the case
I've had 3 or 4 of these, I have to say none of them have ever failed me either I lost them or accidentally pierced, I've seen nothing else that comes close.

VERY, VERY RELIABLE AND PRACTICAL MAP CASE....
As other have said water proof, very flexible clear 'plastic' case, my best map case so far...and sod it I've just gone and lost it around the Glen Orchy area - bell me if you see it!!!
Not really a weakness, but it is helpful to expel as much air as possible before you seal the velcrow -otherwise gets a bit 'bubbily'. I hate wearin anything around my neck - I slide case between my body and rucksack strap with a line clip so it doesnt drop - a very handy tip - dead easy to whip the map in/out with ultimate ease!
I've had loads of map cases over the years - none have been this reliable, practical and esay to use - a piece of kit I recommend without hesitation, deviation or repetition!! (Cant bloody spell to save my life!)

VERY WATERPROOF
soft and durable very waterproof and does not harden or crack with use
neck cords need throwing away as they could catch when walking in wooded areas
very well thought out item, invaluable in the uks changeble weather system...good value when compared to the other brands on offer, you may as well have the best for your money...
