Doesn't work, simple as that. tested a few times at home and got a lovely flame. On the hill, out of the wind, not a dicky bird!!
Had interesting cold dinner on recent wild camp as a result of poor planning taking this and no spare form of ignition!!! 2 good lessons learned.
1. Don't waste your money on this.
2. Take spare means of ignition.
Lucky we had food we could eat cold, if not we would have been V. unhappy.
