BUY SOMETHING ELSE

Cold to touch in cold weather due to metal construction (risk of cold burn).
Weak handle design
cannot be clipped to pack etc, as stated above
Overall, I would rather either use my alladin plastic insulated mug (comes in two sizes and many colours), which is easy to clean, lightweight, has a good rubbery handle, keeps stuff (food and liquid) hot or cold for at least 30 mins.
Or just spend similar money (£10)on a lifeventure insulated metal mug/flask, weighing only 300g and will keep liquid hot for at least six hours. Plus it won't spill a drop, even if upside down.

TRUST IS EARNED!

Keeps drinks hot, anti slip bottom works. Packs easier without the handle.
Handle and mug parted company early on.
As other posters have noted, it is a reasonable mug apart from the handle. The fact that it has, "Trust is earned" on the side made me keep it after the handle came off, makes me smile every time I see it.

NICE TO LOOK AT BUT WEAK DESIGN

Keeps drinks warm for some time (as it should)
Handle snaps off at connection with mug; plastic stress issue as described by others here. Not good for such a pricey mug
Needs re-design of handle. £10 not well spent. Looks good though.

TOO EXPENSIVE AND POOR PRACTICALLITY

Keeps stuff hot
strong
non slip bottom
Looks excelnt (not a major selling point though)
leaks throught between the lid and mug as you drink from it
handle isnt a full circle having two down sides
- cant clip it onto your bag without it falling off
- makes it weaker mines got really loose now and is not that old
very exspensive to say it doesnt work too well
handle is very poor and lid isnt much better but i still use it as just as mug holding it around the mugand it works just fine
